The easiest way to become comfortable in the spot light is by just doing it. Courage is something that is developed through a conscious choice not a feeling. If you are waiting for courage to just magically appear you will be waiting forever. Pray, watch videos of pros, practice in the mirror, and JUST DO IT. And yes I mean pray to JESUS.
